Hace unos días Carmen puso un bizcocho de queso y limón en su blog Mis recetas de cocina y nada más verlo me guarde la receta para hacerlo.
Como tenía muchos huevos en la nevera me venía estupendo para gastarlos, he hecho la receta tal cual lo hizo Carmen solo he cambiado el limón por la naranja.
Es muy esponjoso!!! y el sabor toda una delicia para el paladar... ademas de una tentación ya que no puedes dejar de comerlo, espero que les guste.
BIZCOCHO DE QUESO Y NARANJA

Ingredientes
4 huevos
185grs de queso en crema
185grs de mantequilla en pomada
1 cucharadita de polvo de naranja o la ralladura de una naranja
200grs de azúcar
150grs de harina con levadura (Bizcochona)
100grs de harina de repostería
Preparación
Precalentar el horno a 170º
En la batidora pondremos el queso junto con la mantequilla y el polvo de naranja o la ralladura de naranja lo batimos hasta hacer una crema, añadimos el azúcar y seguimos batiendo a una velocidad 4 o 5, cuando este totalmente integrado el azúcar añadimos los huevos uno a uno hasta que se haga una crema todo, bajamos la velocidad al 1 solo para mezclar y añadimos las harinas mezcladas en dos veces (primero la mitad y cuando se haya integrado añadimos la otra mitad), cuando tengamos una mezcla como una crema y algo espesa, cogemos un molde y lo engrasamos y añadimos la mezcla. Introducimos el molde en el horno y lo dejamos durante 50 minutos. Dejar enfriar sobre una rejilla.
